Previously unreleased on any format, 777 is an experimental serial killer artifact that was conjured on video tape by teenagers in Tucson, Arizona. After watching a VHS tape of a serial killer’s confession, Rob enters a fugue state where a triangle symbol compels him to kill. But are the people in Rob’s ghostly neighborhood just as insane as he is? One of the few examples of arthouse horror from the 1990s SOV trenches, 777 is an ambitious melding of surreal visuals, gore-soaked kills, and psychological deconstruction.
